“Fiction is the lie through which we tell the truth.”

― Albert Camus

One day, I’ll own my own house (that’s a separate someday) and in that house, I’ll have a chair that I spent hours of time searching for, and I’ll know that it is the perfect chair to sit and read in.

This chair will be in a special room in my house. This room will be a place where I have shelves and shelves of books. I’ll buy books that I’ve always loved but never had the money to buy or time to read.

I’ll have lots of books I like but the ones I love will be annotated. They’ll have notes in the margins, tabs scattered throughout the pages, and the pages will be full of color marking some of the truest and most important parts of fiction.
